He is survived by: his former wife Sue Skinner; his grandchild Little Richie; his sisters, Helen Casey and Janie Billings; his siblings-in-law, Ray Skinner, Joe Casey, Mike Billings, Calvin Anderson, Ronnie Osborn, Mike Bailes, Rose Hale and Linda Bailes; his wife Judy Richards; his children, Becky Clay (Joe), Richie Hale (Amanda) and Kim Basta (Terry); his brother Dennis Hale; his siblings-in-law, Roy Rogers, Wayne Cantrell, Betty Hale, Anita Hale, Jeanie Hale, Pat Hale, Annette Hale, Janette Skinner, Ann Rogers Noanna Anderson, Judy Kay Osborn and Janis Cantrell; his grandchildren, Kyla Browning (Ricky), Kelli Banning (Zack), Samantha Hale, Little Richie Hale, Kristeena Basta and Elliott Basta; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kyson, Maddyn Browning, Kolby Clay, Keven, Kase and Sasha Pannell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family members and a lifetime of friends.
