He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Fazekas and Lavon Fazekas (Boddy); his brother Frank; his sister-in-law Marolyn Fazekas; and his sister Sharon Fazekas.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Frankie Fazekas (Chandra), Jonathan Fazekas (Sarah) and Lori Douglas (Bruce). He is also survived by 5 great nephews, 2 great nieces, 1 great-great nephew, and 3 great-great nieces.
