He is survived by: his wife Flora "Dude" Deatherage; his daughter Vickie Deatherage; his grandsons, Derek Rogers and Dustin Deatherage; his friend Emily Hammons; his siblings, Willis Deatherage (Betty), Deanie Anderson (Dean) and Jimmy Deatherage; and his sister-in-law Sue Deatherage. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and other family members and friends.
