She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Labor and Luvena Labor (Burnett); her husband William Dale Welch; her children, Jillian Welch, Charlene Bockus (Michael) and William Welch (Antha Whitehorn); her grandchildren, Beau, Eli and Mira Bockus; her stepdaughter Regina Gritsavage (David); her stepgrandson Sean; and her siblings, Janice Petty (Robert Sr.), Judy Tucker, Glenda Treadway (Clifford) and John Labor, Jr. (Marcia). She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
