He was predeceased by: his mother Arma Jean "Noah" Billy; and his siblings, Micah Willis, Jamie Willis, Lisa Resendiz and Georgina Willis.
He is survived by: his father Michael "Big Mike" Willis of Wilburton, Oklahoma; and his sister Paula Meadors of Wilburton, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
