Patsy Cuzalina Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband George Cuzalina; her parents, Audra Pate and Lester Carmack; and her brothers, Butch Pate and Tommy Pate.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Sims, Randy Sims (Julie), Debi Noel (Mike) and Doug Sims; her grandchildren, Kelli Folsom, Monte Thompson, Carolyn Hill (Travis), Winston Noel (Heather), Kelsie Hendricks (Adam), Zachary Sims and Riley Sims; her great grandchildren, Easton Noel, Haisley Noel, Scarlet Noel, Claire Lowe, Audrie Lowe, Lincoln Hendricks, Maren Hendricks, Collin Sims and Jaslyn Sims; the father of her children R. J. Sims; and her stepchildren, George Cuzalina (Krista), Joseph Cuzalina and LuAnn Hamrick. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Patsy requests donations be made in her memory to St. Jude's or the Sacred Heart Church in Wilburton, Oklahoma.
