He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale E. Marshall and Zarita Lorene Marshall (Fitzgerald); his wife Kathleen Marshall; and his children, Joseph Marshall and Walynda Williams.
He is survived by: his son Jay Marshall; his grandchildren, Demetrus Williams, Shantel Williams, Michael Marshall and Tayler Marshall; and his brothers, Richard Marshall and Eldon Marshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness (806 E Main St, Wilburton, OK 74578).
