She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Richardson and Lois Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Linda Roberts (Henry), Donna Callen (Hal) and Ted Roberts (Dee); her grandchildren, Grant Roberts, Jeff Roberts (Erin), Chris Callen (Amanda), Carrie Cook-Callen (Claire) and Charlsea Ewing; and her great grandchildren, Graham Roberts, Charlie Roberts, Layla Roberts, Clark Callen, Corinne Callen and Harper Cook-Callen.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Willow Baptist Church (121 S Miller, Willow, OK 73673). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Billie's favorite charity.
