He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jasper "Bill" Briscoe Sr. and Frances Marie Hope; his siblings, Robert Barry Briscoe, William Jasper Briscoe Jr., Samuel Leslie "Sammy" Briscoe of Bullard's Oilfield Services and Patricia Ann Jubb; his siblings' children, Tommy Ray Kirkland, James Jones and Cynthia Ann Kirkland; and his grandson William Austin Hart.
He is survived by: his significant other Suzan Stone; his children, Tina Marie Hart (Mick) of Kingfisher, Kayla Rae Daniels (Rusty) of Yukon, John Simon Stone (Morgan) of Denison, Jeremy Taylor Stone of Edmond and Michael James Briscoe (Lauren) of Chickasha; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Erin, Reese, Lynzi, Cheyenne, Evie, Oliver and Raylan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
The military honors will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Graham Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Jim requested that donations be made in his memory to a veteran's organization such as the Wounded Warrior Project, a local VFW Hall, or a local Boy Scout troop.
