He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Oscar Sosebee and Thelma Oscar Sosebee (Pickens); his wife Marguietta Franklin Sosebee; his brother Larry Sosebee; and his grandsons, Joe and Michael Alexander.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki DeAnne Wood (Johnny) of Duncan; his grandchildren, J. D. Alexander (Kathy) of Colorado Springs, Megan Thompson (Cody) of Loco, Madison Alexander of Duncan, Lesley Heenan (Bryan) of Duncan and Ashley Farmer (Eric) of Tomball, TX; and his great grandchildren, James Alexander III, Addie Thompson, Breslynn Holt-Scott, Bellamy Heenan, Joe and Tim Farmer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home Velma Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Ratliff City Baptist Church (234 Church St, Ratliff City, OK 73481).
