He is survived by: his wife Terri Ratliff; his sons, Shannon Ratliff (Danielle) and Tory Ratliff (Brenda Thomas); his brothers, Fred Ratliff (Brenda), Charlie Ratliff (Karen), Greg Ratliff (Hope) and Joe Ratliff (Tara); and his grandchildren, Nic Ratliff, Kam Ratliff, McKenzie Ratliff and Brenly Ratliff.
