He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Cooper and Alberta Cooper (Bradshaw); his son Robert Charles; his brother R. J.; and his sister-in-law Shirley Raye Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jane Woods; his children, William Jean "Bill" Cooper (Paula) and Debbie Skinner (Mark); his siblings, Gerald Cooper (Emma Lou), Shirley Bedwell and Glenda McFadin (Chuck); his grandchildren, Robin White, Derek Lamle (Larissa), Kellcie Burnett, Lane Skinner, Audrey Johnson (Zach) and Ben Cooper; his great grandchildren, Chase White (Carli), Clayton White, Chalee White, Lincoln Burnett, Bentley Burnett and Leighton Burnett; and his great great grandchild Carter White.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
