With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Earlene Palmer of Woodward, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Phelps and Edna Phelps (Williamson); her husband Chester Eugene Palmer; her son Craig Eugene Palmer; and her son-in-law Max Alan Fanning.
She is survived by: her daughters, Edna Carol Dodd (Robert) and Christine Fanning; her grandchildren, Lauren Palmer (Henry Pichardo), Whitley Palmer, Colby Palmer, Edna Michelle Bahena (Marcus), Nick Dodd (Martha), Sarah Fanning (Dustin Wilson), Carson Fanning (Ashley) and Susan Mora (Luis); and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Devika, Grayson, Kennedy, Archer, Bowen, Bhric and Maxwell.
