It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harley Ann Waters of Woodward, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her grandfather Bobbie Waters; and her great-grandparents, Hugh, Mildred Winslow, Elmer, Woodrow Black, Joe and Emma Jean Black.

She is survived by : her parents, Chris Waters and Denise Longhofer; her stepfather Justin; her siblings, Tiffany Fluitt, Joshua Fluitt (Samantha), Mica Fierstos (Natalie), Kilee Waters, Steven and Kyle Waters; her stepsiblings, Avery Rumley, Jennifer, Sebastian Rumley (Danielle), Jacylin, Shaelynn and Madison Longhofer; her grandparents, Eugene, Phyllis Meyer and Patty Waters; her aunts and uncles, Marc (Debbie Clemence), Stace Meyer, Steve Meyer, Travis (April Waters), Terry (Crystal Waters) and Christine (Russel Smith); and her nieces and nephews, Aspen Fluitt, Kash Fluitt, Rylan Fluitt, Kaeden Wolff, Olivia Fluitt, Matthew Fluitt and Ridge Fierstos.
