It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lane Phillips (Woodward, Oklahoma), born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel Dewey James Phillips and Essie Moore Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Jeanette Wyatt; his daughter Shannon Deweese (Steven); his grandchildren, Sarah of Woodward, Oklahoma and Seth of Woodward, Oklahoma; his daughter Amanda Flewelling of Pueblo; his grandchildren, Rebecca Wright (Dustin) of Bartlesville, Philis Whitsitt (Brad) of Ponca City and Andrew Kellert (Valerie) of Washington, D. C.; his son Jerry Lane Phillips Jr. (Angie); his grandchild Elston Phillips (Sarah) of Minnetonka; and his great grandchild Stephanie Phillips of Hopkins, Minnesota..

Memorial contributions may be made to the WOOF Pet Rescue with the funeral accepting the contributions.
