He is survived by: his wife Tamara Crotts; his children, Jason Crotts (Wendy), Jeremy Crotts, Justin Crotts (Jenny) and Shenna Smith; his sisters, Julie Simons and Robyn Cather (Donnie); his grandchildren, Jackson Crotts, Joshua Crotts, Joey Crotts, Jayson Crotts, Asha Crotts, Justin Crotts, Jasmine Crotts, Jayden Spray (Andrew), Hunter Sandoval (Haley), Justyn Porter (P. J.), Royce Smith and Cainaan Smith; his great grandchildren, Jameson, Jackson, Tanner, Jacob, Dax, Kylo and Easton; his niece Hailey Gartrell (Jody); and his nephew Garrett Cather (Kylee). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
