She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Underwood and Eunice Underwood (Richardson); and her children, Randy and Rebecca Fields. She is survived by: her husband Ron Fields; her son Robert Fields (Patricia) of Enid; her brother Roger Underwood (Mary Ann) of Canyon City, Colorado; and her grandchildren, Ross, Ryan and Jazmine. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
