He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Luther Osborn and Mary Ellen Osborn (Davis); and his siblings, Mary Strever, Dixie Johnson and Darrell Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Marlys Osborn; his sons, Wayne Osborn (Trudy), Lance Osborn (Shania) and Joel Osborn (Maryah); and his siblings, Don Osborn (Erna) and Betty Jo Graham. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
