She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shelton and Viola Shelton (Tucker); her husband Bud Rusch; and her grandson Jonathon Rusch. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bookstore (Les Hurley), Marla Goodwin (Robert) and Jon Rusch; her grandchildren, Brogan Goodwin (Brianna), Chandler Goodwin (Madison Davis), Trevor Goodwin, Derick Vineyard, Tenesha Ceniceros (Felix), Brandon Rusch, Jaron Rusch (Diana) and Devon Morehead; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Chloe, Emmitt Goodwin, Augsten Goodwin, Brooklynn Walker and Alexis Redinger; and her brothers, Glen Shelton (Judy) and Stanley Shelton (Kay). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lincoln Ave. Baptist Church (1620 Lincoln Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
