We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2023, at the age of 86, Maxine Lea Cook of Woodward, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lotus A. Nichols and Laura B. Nichols (Thomas); her husband Richard S. Cook; and her siblings, Pauline Lou Nichols, Phyllis Marie Hanshaw, Raymond Neal Nichols and Ralph William Nichols.
She is survived by : her son Dr. Gregory S. Cook (Vickie); her grandchildren, Josh Cook and Dr. Courtney Cook of Woodward, Oklahoma; her son Dr. Douglas T. Cook (Lisa Cook); and her grandchildren, Dr. Kayla Cook and Shelby Cook of Guthrie, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by eight nieces and three nephews.
