He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Kay Avila (Ferguson) of Woodward, OK; and his grandparents, John Lewis Ferguson (Wanda Ferguson) of Woodward, OK and Carol Kay Ferguson of Kingston, OK.. He is survived by: his father Michael Anthony Evans; and his significant other Aimee Janow.
