A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Place in honor of Pat with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
