We bid farewell to Patty Smith of Woodward, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 12, 2025 at the age of 84. Patty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Roy McCammond and Wilma Eileen Wybrew McCammond; and her siblings, Pearl, Denny and Don.
She is survived by: her friends, Wilma, Clarence, Jack, Denny, Jim, Tami, Jerry, Brad, Kari, Josh, Alisha, Krista, Tyler, Montana, Maverick, Ace and Kate; her husband Jim Smith; her children, Tami (Jerry Fagala) and Brad (Kari Smith); her grandchildren, Joshua, Alisha (Montana Dugger), Krista and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Ace and Kate; her brother Jack McCammond (Connie); and her sibling's children, Brie, Talia, Dawna and Dana. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gage Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Woodward Pregnancy Center with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
