She is survived by: her children, Nathan Smith (Lynsie) of Highland, Utah, Jared Smith (Tairah) of Woodward, Adam Smith (Brittany) of Edmond, Megan Smith of Woodward and Emily Goff (Brandt) of Boise, Idaho; her grandchildren, Ethan Smith (Tayla), Luke, Tessa, Mollie Smith, Tyson, Derek, Bennett, Seth, Logan, Owen Smith, Aaron, Finley Smith, Nolan Hollingsworth and Will Goff; her siblings, Petra Sullender (David) of Yukon and Robert Carpenter (Susan) of Katy Texas; and her sister-in-law Barb Whitneck (Ronnie) of Woodward. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
