Victor leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Victor’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Victor will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Evans and Norma June Clark (Utterback); and his nephew Billy Clark. He is survived by: his children, Matt Clark (Melissa) and Sarah Compton (Erin Pratt); his brother Greg Clark (Genia); his grandchildren, Rileigh Hort, Braylon Jacquez, Weston Clark, Kash Compton and Gracie Compton; his great grandchild Rynlee Thompson; and his niece Amanda Clark. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
