Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Billings Funeral Home (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Downs Ave, Woodward, OK 73801).
