She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Elmer Rowan and Elfleda Maude Rowan (Hunter); her husband Bill Cline; and her siblings, Mabel Fegett, Emma Evans, Vera Strayhorn, Myrtle Neal, Charlesy Cheatham, Mary Rowan, Cissy Vance, Elmer Rowan and Ebin Rowan (ED).
She is survived by: her children, Keith Cline of Wright City, OK, Jimmy Cline (Terry) of Garvin, OK and Kathy Altenbaumer (Carl) of Felker Community; her nephew Ebin Neal; her nieces, Kim Parks and Bertha Baxter; and her caregiver Natalie Box. She is also survived by child, along with numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
