He is survived by: his children, Arthur Joe Smith Jr. (Jennifer Smith), Deidra Smith (Chris Smith), Miesha Smith and Dacona Smith (Demenda (Kay) Smith); his grandmother Deidra (Chris Smith); his grandchildren, Autumn Chandler (Martez Chandler), Javon Smith, Wynter Smith, Drezick Smith, Arthur Smith III (Stacie Smith), Jayden Sawyer (Chase Sawyer), Deja Smith, Thomas Smith IV, Kaitlyn Smith and Josiah Smith; and his siblings, Cecil Smith, Oren Smith, Sammy Smith, Calline Rushing (Kirk), Cecilyn Washington (Ricky) and Rosalind Roberts (Roy). He is also survived by six siblings.
