He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe McNeil and Rena Pearl Smith McNeil. He is survived by: his children, Charles McNeil, Chadrick D. McNeil (Vanessa), Johnette McMillian, Sandra Jean Smith and Victoria Johnston; and his sister Mary Wright. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church (708 N Robberson Ave, Wynnewood, OK 73098).
