He was predeceased by : his parents, Mayme Smith (Burton) and Walter Smith. He is survived by : his wife Lavonna Louise Smith; his children, Josh Smith and Haley (Hunter Norris); his siblings, Sue (Fred Rachel), Ronnie (Lori Smith), Robbie (Cindy Smith) and Brenda Smith; and his grandchildren, Jaycee, Shaley, Kasin, Kannin and Kovington.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeArman Funeral Home (103 E Cherokee St, Wynnewood, OK 73098). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Christ.
