He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Kelley (Moser) and Billy Kelley; and his sister Arlene Moore. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Kelley of Elmore City, OK and Casey; his daughter-in-law Crystal Hervey of El Paso, TX; his grandchildren, William Clay Kelley, Anna Marie Kelley and Alexa May Kelley; his siblings, Robin Stout of Davis, OK and Ronnie; and his sister-in-law Crystal Kelley of Tuttle, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
