She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Garrett; her husband James Robert Henderson; her mother Mae Brown; her brothers, Eugene Garrett, David Garrett, John Garrett and Charlie "Buddy" Brown; her grandson Joshua Stahlman; and her son-in-law Dean Dixon.

She is survived by: her stepfather Bud Brown; her daughters, Jeannie Stahlman, Carolyn Skinner and Cindi Dixon; and her grandchildren, David Crawford (Erin), Dustin Coder (Christie), Tara Dugger (Justin), Haley Layton (Derek), Jonathan Stahlman, Stephany, Jarrett Stahlman and Danielle. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
