He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Ausburn; his wife Debbie Endicott; his former wife Glenda Endicott; his father Chuck Endicott Sr.; and his stepfather Trent Tilley.
He is survived by: his son Josh Endicott (Krisha Lewis); his grandchildren, Tatum Bush, Leo and Aiden Ranney; his sisters, Connie Hawn of Nowata, OK and Sandy Eliason of Florida; and his siblings' children, Chris, Brandon, Garrett Hawn of Nowata, Steven McCandless of Florida and Sara McCandless of Florida.
