He is survived by: his parents, Paul Heinen and Lori Heinen; his siblings, Hayley, Kyle Trowbridge, Heidi, Scotty Lively, Hope Heinen, Braxton Heinen and Andrew Salinas; his nieces, Turner, Carter, Alexandra and Sloan; his nephew Daxton; and his extended family, Craig, Cheri Lewis, Pat, Gale Lewis, Donna Sandman, Bob, Linda Salinas and Karen Trowbridge.
