He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Kouba and Alice Dobry Kouba; and his sister Eileen Yowell. He is survived by: his wife Beth Kouba; his children, Jana Converse (Steve), Corby Poursaba (Matt), Tim Kouba and Toni Hankins (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Philip Norwood, Jeremy Norwood, Sholeh Keeler, Leida Schimmer, Seanna Grantham, Melissa Chapman and Michael Hewitt. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
