He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley West and Wanda West. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Munson; his children, Katelynn West (Orlando Mergal-Molina) and Jared West; his close friend Tracy Thurman; his sister Dana Cypert (Allan); his nieces, Ali Earnheart and Sidney Stafford; and his grandchildren, Sophia and Luke.
