She is survived by : her spouse Czech; her daughters, Jo Ann Hale (Chuck) of Mustang, OK and Glenda "Kay" Edwards (Mel) of Yukon, OK; her grandchildren, Michelle Creel of Mustang, Shelly Rapoport of Yukon, Dustin Hale (Michelle) of Yukon, Jeff Edwards (Audri) of Yukon and Justin Edwards (Jennifer) of Yukon; and her great grandchildren, Miche'la Creel, Bryan Creel, Alyssa Rapoport, Kaitlyn Rapoport, Mathew Edwards, Aiden Hale, Sarah Edwards, Anna Edwards and Luke Hale.
