He is survived by: his children, Tyler Stam (Misty) of Fort Worth, TX. and Tara Stam of Oklahoma City, OK; his significant other Kathy Sue Kay; his sister Nelda Ann Goss (Kathy Sue Stam) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his children, Lorri Helberg (Scott) of Malvern, AR, Scott Kay of Kingfisher, OK and Mindy Coldren (Mike) of Hennessey, OK.. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
