She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Higgins and Pauline Higgins of Fayetteville, Arkansas.. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Briscoe; her daughter Kelly Briscoe Hastings; her grandchildren, Emma, Payton and Noah of Oswego, Illinois.; her daughter Robin Briscoe Colton (Tylar Colton); her grandchildren, Addison, Micah and Sarah of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; her sister Crystal (John McGregor) of Laurel Park; her nephew John Thomas McGregor (Carly); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Finley and Tavish; her brother-in-law Milton (Carlene Briscoe); her niece Debbie Briscoe; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Breanna and Cameron; Ian McGregor (Ashton), Wylie and Wilder.
During COVID, Cindy once again started teaching only this time she opened her home to her grandbabies and set her house up for school.
