He is survived by: his children, Tammy McInturff (John) of Mustang, James Haines (Renee) of Clarksville, Tennessee, Merlin Haines (Keri) of Enid, Brian Haines (Tara) of Mustang and Chris Haines (Amanda) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Brittany, John, Pamela, Samantha, Logan, Jace, Rylie, Braiden, Brantley, Hadley, Harper, Delila and Grayson; his great grandchildren, Raymond, Ella and Jaxson; and his brothers, Jim Haines of Kansas and Jack Haines of Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through the funeral home to American Lung Association.
