He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Mitchell and Betty J. Mitchell (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Annie Mitchell; his children, Garry Mitchell, Laura Hickman, Kevin Mitchell and Roy Mitchell (Jill); and his brother Daniel Mitchell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
