She is survived by: her husband Rick; her sons, Brian, Bryce, Brad and Brent; her grandchildren, Bailey, Kenley, Nick, Mackenna, Kalynn, Kylie, Addyson and Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Ben, Barrett and Blair; and her siblings, Mellissa, Cindy, Becky and Micheal. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
