He was predeceased by: his sister June Balentine (Jack); and his wife Joy Beth McCombs. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheralynn Stevens (Roy), Donette Simonds (Cary) and Dee Anne Holt (Tim); his grandchildren, Jeremy Stevens (Brittany), Kailee Casey (Miles), Colby Simonds (Jennifer), Nicholas Simonds (Bonita), Hayley Chumchal (Jaace), Jill Heffington (Mitch) and Jordan Holt; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Emmalynn Stevens, Jaxon, Hudson Casey, Nolan, Madelyn Simonds, Abigail, Gabriella Simonds, Travis and Kate Heffington.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Yukon Cemetery (660 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, OK 73099).
