He is survived by: his wife Mary Warner; his children, Andy Warner and Lauren Warner-Harding; his pet Ash; his mother Ilene Zwally; and his siblings, Patrick Warner (Linda), Jerry Kindred (Jen), Sherri Jensen and Terri Hacker (Dale). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nephews, dear friends.
