He was predeceased by: his parents, Colonel Harold Slagle and Jean Slagle. He is survived by: his wife Carolyne Lee Slagle; his children, Rob (Terri) and Lori (Stephen); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce (Tim) and Jocelyn (Clint). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
