She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Griggs and Lula Griggs (Deerking); her husband Tom Gambel; her son Steven J. Gambel; and her stepbrothers, Harold and Gene Griggs.

She is survived by: her son Bryan Gambel (Lois) of Calumet, OK; and her grandchildren, Lane Gambel (Taelyn) of Coweta, OK and Barron Gambel (Shelby) of Okarche, OK. She is also survived by her 3 great grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
