He is survived by: his granddaughter Olive; his wife Terry Phillips of Yukon, OK; his son Sean Phillips (Kari Phillips); his grandchildren, Karleigh and Sawyer Phillips of Piedmont, OK.; his daughter Kristie Gormley (Jim Gormley); his grandchild Piper Gormley; and his brother Terry John Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
