He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. "Gene" Moses Sr. and Carolyn J. Moses. He is survived by: his son Christopher Carter (Moses); his granddaughter Madison Riley; and his sisters, Edwina Floyd of Bethany, Angi Davis of Kingfisher and Dee Patty of Yukon. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
