He is survived by: his wife Sharon Thomas Kaulaity of Yukon, OK; his daughter Lori Ann Kaulaity of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren, Katie Ann, Cody and Phillip; his children, Phillip Allen Kaulaity of Lawton, OK and Erica Kaulaity Martens (Clint) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Sophia and Graham; his son Mark Kaulaity (Melissa) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Quienton, Carmen, Aaron and Keira; and his siblings, Henry Joe Kaulaity of Moore, OK, Anthony Kaulaity (Lynette) of Norman, OK, Mary Kaulaity Bohay of Lawton, OK, Imogene and Ioleta.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home (1500 W Vandament Ave, Yukon, OK 73099). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel (1500 W Vandament Ave, Yukon, OK 73099). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the Yukon Cemetery.
