He is survived by: his daughter Madison; his stepdaughter Brandi; his grandson Brylee; his father Pete; his siblings, Mark (Deborah), Amy (Mike), Blake (Amy) and Lyle; his nieces, Shawna, Kamie, Layla, Elise, Vivian and Morgan; his nephew Callen; his great-nephew Jackson; and his friend Scott (Lynn).
